Kalungi, the world’s premier outsourced marketing agency for early-stage B2B software companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Graf as its new CEO.
Former CEO and co-founder Fadi George has shifted his focus to lead the exciting technology investments Kalungi is making as its CTO, while also chairing Kalungi’s board. He’s thrilled to be passing the leadership torch to Graf.
“Brian brings with him an extensive background in marketing and a proven track record of leadership,” said Stijn Hendrikse, Kalungi’s founder. “With his exceptional vision, strategic thinking, and dedication to excellence, we couldn’t be happier to have him in place to guide Kalungi to new levels of success.”
As Kalungi’s first hire by Hendrikse, Graf has worked with over 20 B2B SaaS companies at different growth stages to build and scale their marketing functions from the ground up. Prior to Kalungi, he earned an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and spent over four years doing business intelligence, analytics, and campaign optimization in the television advertising industry.
“In his time at Kalungi, Brian has managed teams in a diverse range of industries and company sizes,” said George. “He’s led them in all aspects of marketing from positioning and messaging to channel-spend optimizations—generating qualified leads, brand awareness, and remarkable ROI. The funnel impact he’s been able to drive for his clients is second to none.”
Under Graf's leadership, Kalungi will continue its mission to provide cutting-edge marketing solutions that drive revenue growth and maximize ROI for B2B software companies. With a strong focus on innovation, strategic alignment, and data-driven insights, the company is poised to solidify its position as the industry leader in outsourced marketing services.
Among Graf’s priorities for the company are expanding the value Kalungi can add for clients, embracing innovation, productizing its services, and sharing Kalungi’s proven thought leadership with the B2B SaaS community.
“I'm very excited to be able to work with our team and to tackle the big growth challenges that B2B SaaS companies are facing,” said Graf, “and to further solidify our reputation as the leading growth agency for B2B SaaS startups.
“We’re the best growth-as-a-service solution for a reason. Our short-to-longer-term engagements deliver unparalleled value to clients and help them to build profitable, sustainable growth that will support their businesses for years after we leave.
“And now we’re in a fantastic spot to double down on the progress we’ve made to date. At the same time, we need to invest in the future with technology, knowledge, and the right people.
“We want to continue to push ourselves to deliver outstanding service and results for clients and to find new avenues to help them achieve their growth goals. Also, we’re looking to layer our thought leadership and industry best practices with AI to help our customers stand out from the noise and build comprehensive marketing functions that deliver more high-fit, high-intent pipeline than ever before.”
